How old must you be to work around guns?

My uncle is opening an indoor Archery and Pistol range and he told me I will eventually have a job there. But I’m only 16 so I was wondering, is there laws on how old you must be to work in a facility that has firearm use, though I would be working in the archery half of the range anyways. Thanks
