i was on wal-mart.com looking for replacement Archery Arrows and i found something called “arrow wrap 4-in fade”. and i wish to know what it does and what it is used for…

Aside from looks you can add wraps to your arrows to add tail weight effectively increasing the dynamic spine of the shaft.
